This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from The Reset, operated by INFINITYMOZ LLC.
Digital Products
The Reset primarily provides digital products, educational materials, membership content, and digital access.
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, they are generally not eligible for physical returns.
However, we will review refund requests involving:
- duplicate charges;
- incorrect billing;
- inability to access purchased digital content due to a technical issue we are unable to resolve;
- unauthorized transactions;
- other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

Subscription Payments
The Reset membership begins with an initial payment of:
$3.99 USD today
Unless canceled beforehand, the subscription then renews:
$42 USD after 7 days
and thereafter:
$42 USD every 30 days until canceled.
You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent future recurring charges.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
Refund requests for completed subscription payments will be reviewed individually and honored where required by applicable law.
No Physical Returns
Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, The Reset provides digital products and services.
Therefore, there is no physical merchandise to return and no return shipping process.
